You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the domestic courts located in Athens Greece. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Athenean courts in any such action or proceeding and irrevocably waive any right to contest the jurisdiction (in rem or in personam). You also waive any defense of inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any such action or proceeding. Use of this site is void where prohibited by applicable law. Company may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the site (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and Company will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.
