Scope of the service
The scope of the service is covering the automation and remote monitoring and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Mac OS High Sierra and various numerous flavors versions and of Linux.
Term and cost of the service
Minimum term is one year, invoiced on a monthly basis. Volume and multiyear based discounts apply in an otherwise LOW to MEDIUM level cost for up to 25 computer hosts.
Asset inventory & audit
Part of our IT automation framework deliverables is a complete, digital IT asset inventory, including workstations, servers, software applications, routers, switches and security solutions. For every IT asset we are providing compliance reports for audit purposes.
Scope of the service
The scope of the service is to provide a detailed software inventory including, application names, versions & software licenses. It is also providing a detailed hardware inventory including CPU, system memory, disk volumes, manufacturer, bus speed and many more.
Term and cost of the service
The asset inventory and audit modules are included in the IT automation framework and therefore they are FREE of charge.
Fault, capacity and performance monitoring
We use software to monitor on a 24/7 basis our clients IT infrastructure for hardware or software faults, or out of the ordinary events. When one the hundreds capacity or performance thresholds we've setup is crossed, PERIMETROS personnel is immediately receiving an alarm and depending on the criticality of that alarm automated programs are executing to correct the problem. If the problem is not solved automatically we connect remotely to resolve the problem.
Scope of the service
Fault, capacity and performance monitoring includes measurements of hypervisors, VMs datastores, and computer hosts or other network elements CPU, disk, memory and network bandwidth utilization as well as switches, routers and firewall monitoring. It also monitors, windows registries, files, directories, logs, databases, SNMP and SMPT protocols.
Term and cost of the service
The fault, capacity and performance monitoring modules are included in the IT automation framework and therefore they are FREE of charge.
Cloud backup & disaster recovery as a service
Data backup is the single most effective countermeasure to address the loss or in several cases the corruption of data from accidental errors, malicious acts or automated attacks such as ransomware. At PERIMETROS we are using the cloud to backup data safely without compromises in data location, space or in the availability of security controls such as data encryption.
Scope of the service
The scope of the service is covering drives, folders & files of any type and size from Microsoft Windows operating systems, Mac OS High Sierra and various numerous flavors versions of Linux.
Term and cost of the service
Minimum term is one year, invoiced on a monthly basis. Volume and multiyear based discounts apply in an otherwise LOW level cost for up to 1TB of data stored for a period of 2 years.
3rd party software deployment, monitoring & management
More often than not a security breach is a result of outdated 3rd party software such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office word, excel and more. Using our IT automation framework we are automatically and proactively monitor our clients IT infrastructure software in order to update all native OS & 3rd party software applications before they become the root cause of a security breach
Scope of the service
The scope of the service is covering the update of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating systems together with the update and deployment of a large list of 3rd party software such as Adobe acrobat, Chrome browser, Firefox & java.
Term and cost of the service
Minimum term is one year, invoiced on a monthly basis. Volume and multiyear based discounts apply in an otherwise LOW level cost.
